Beasiswa Sahabat Horizon
This scholarship provides a 50% discount on tuition and miscellaneous fees. Unlike other scholarships, this grant is effective starting first year and continues until graduation.

Requirements
Pass the Poverty Probability Index (PPI) test conducted by the marketing department.
Terms & Conditions
- There is no maintaining grade requirement, but the grantee must remain in good standing, with no disciplinary cases.
- If a course is failed and needs to be retaken, the retake cost is not covered by the scholarship.
- Students may change programs within Kalbis University.
- Scholarship amounts will be adjusted based on the new program chosen and the applicable terms and conditions stated above.
- The grantee is required to complete 20 hours of service duty per semester during the first year through the CSDL Office.
- Working students may be exempted from the duty hour requirement upon submitting a valid certificate or letter of employment.

2. KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar)
KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar)
KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) is a program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek Dikti) designed to support students with financial limitations but strong academic achievements in continuing their higher education.
Benefit
Receive assistance with tuition/semester fees (UKT/SPP) and a living allowance, with amounts determined by PDDIKTI each academic year.
Requirements
Economic Eligibility Requirements for KIP Kuliah Merdeka Recipients Students must come from low-income or vulnerable families, evidenced by one of the following:
- Holder of an Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) for secondary education.
- Registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) or receiving social assistance programs designated by the Ministry of Social Affairs, such as
- Family Hope Program (PKH)
- Health Insurance Contribution Assistance (PBI JK)
- Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) - Belonging to a low-income/vulnerable community within the top three deciles of the Extreme Poverty Eradication Targeting Data (P3KE) established by the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture.
- Students from orphanages or social care institutions.
- If the applicant does not meet any of the above four criteria, they may still apply for KIP Kuliah Merdeka provided they meet low-income/vulnerable family requirements, evidenced by:
- Combined gross income of parents/guardians not exceeding IDR 4,000,000 per month, or gross income per family member not exceeding IDR 750,000; and
- Proof of low-income status in the form of a Certificate of Inability to Pay (SKTM) issued and legalized by the local government at least at the village/sub-district level, certifying that the family belongs to the low-income or unable-to-pay category.
